Jennifer Sague

Jenn is the Business Operations Lead Sr. for Johnson & Johnson Innovation, JLABS DC. In this position, she is responsible for managing the day-to-day business operations for the site and ensuring the productivity of all the resident companies at JLABS. She provides guidance for onboarding licensee companies and plays a key part in the management of financial systems and processes. Her role is critical in ensuring compliance on behalf of JLABS, as well as identifying and implementing efficiencies in internal processes, management reporting, communications strategy, and organizational planning.

She has a background in working for startups over the last several years. Most recently coming to us from a SaaS company, Jenn worked as an Account Manager helping clients improve their business workflow utilizing the software. She also previously spent time working in operations for a European grocery store chain, where she oversaw the recruitment and training of staff, the achievement of productivity, inventory, loss, and other expenses within the divisional budget. She grew up in Arlington, VA and graduated in 2011 with a B.S. in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University.
