Mentors are here to help you reach your goals!

The JLABS Mentor Program supports our entrepreneurs, giving them access to the vast J&J knowledge and expertise needed to help accelerate their growth.  Upon acceptance to JLABS, each resident company is assigned a mentor who is just as passionate as they are about bringing their solutions to patients and consumers, and we know how access to people who’ve ‘been there done that’ is an important part of the success equation for startups.  

We provide access across the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, so you don’t have to play a guessing game when it comes to next steps.  In addition, we work with entrepreneurs to become an exciting part of our innovation ecosystems in different regions. 

Just as “A great idea can come from anywhere,” so can expertise.  We look forward to sharing our insight with you.
